WENTWORTH MILLER is on the cover of “Out 100 magazine’s December 2013 issue.
Check him out:
The “Prison Break” star made headlines this year when he came out as gay by publicly declining an invitation to a Russian film fest for the country’s strong Anti-gay stance. In addition to his shocking revelation, he also admitted that he commited suicide when he was younger.
He certainly was a newsmaker this 2013, that’s why it’s no surprise that he’s in the cover of “Out 100 magazine.
He graced the cover of the magazine for this coming month, along with other people like Jim Parsons as alternate covers. He looks very sexy in the photo, too!
In his accompanying interview, Miller discusses his pain, his struggle, and how he survived. He said:
“I remember carrying around deep feelings of shame after I tried to kill myself, feeling like I’d stumbled or failed life’s exam. “That I was now ‘damaged goods.’ What I would say to that younger self – what I’d say to anyone who’s walked a similar road – is to focus less on the fact that you nearly ended your life and more on the fact that you survived, that you lived to tell the tale. And then tell it. I’d say, ‘What you think of as scars are medals. They’re badges of honor, testifying to something inside you that is determined and tenacious and enduring.”
We’re very proud of you Wentworth! You are not only a newsmaker, but also a role model.
