Unicorns, pineapples, palm trees, and arrows are all super AH-mazing in their own rights, so obvi someone as awesome as Rashida Jones would create a jewelry line revolving around those four motifs!!
And double obvi that Anne Hathaway would celebrate the line, because she’s super awesome too!!
The two brilliant actresses recently got together with jewelry collaborators Jodie and Danielle Snyder from Dannijo at the Dannijo + Rashida Jones’ Fine By Dannijones private dinner to celebrate the launch of Rashida’s new jewelry line, set to be sold on Dannijo.com November 18th.
Miz Jones also recently shared the inspiration behind the line, and why she opted to create delicate jewelry rather than statement pieces!
Rashida explained:
“In L.A., it’s harder to wear statement jewelry. You want stuff that’s second-skin-y-that you never take off. Having just made a film that took four years [Celeste and Jesse Forever], I was delighted by how quickly it came together.”
She also delved into the reasoning behind including a unicorn in the collection, saying:
“For our generation, little girls and unicorns were kind of synonymous. It feels like it’s making a comeback. Like the fanny pack.”
LOLz!! Well put!
We’re oving that Rashida’s taking a dip into jewelry — think her line will inspire Annie to make one too??
