Lindsay Lohan To Be Interviewed By Oprah Winfrey Upon Leaving Rehab, Docu-Series In The Works

“Please welcome Lindsay Lohaaaaan!”

Yes, Oprah Winfrey has landed the first Lindsay Lohan interview following the starlet’s 90-day court-ordered stint at a rehabilitation facility, Entertainment Weekly reports.

Not only will the queen of all things media talk one-on-one with the Liz & Dick actress, but Winfrey’s network, OWN, will produce an eight-episode docu-series that will follow Lohan as she works to rebuild her post-rehab career.

The interview will tape and air in August while the documentary is slated to premiere in 2014.

Lohan, 27, is due to be released from rehab in early next month. A source close to the former Disney star tells Celebuzz Lohan has been doing really well with her program, adding that the only thing she miss are sour candies.

Oprah aside, August is looking to be a big month for LiLo. Her upcoming movie, The Canyons starring adult film actor James Deen, is slated to screen at this year’s Venice Film Festival.

Lindsay Lohan pulled almost pulled a Britney on Thursday — and we don’t mean she flashed her privates!

The redheaded lightning rod for legal problems treated herself to a smoothie in El Lay on Thursday, but didn’t bother putting on her shoes to get it!

Guess she was too sick to do that too.

Instead, she ran in only wearing her socks, grabbed her strawberry smoothie and drove off into the sunset.

LINDSAY LOHAN’s Bank Accounts SEIZED By The IRS!

According to the latest star news, LINDSAY LOHAN‘s bank accounts have reportedly been SEIZED by the IRS due to her outstanding tax debt.

Yikes!

It was recently reported that Charlie Sheen, Lindsay‘s new BFF, gave her a check for $100,000 to help her pay off her debts with the IRS-all out of the goodness of his heart.

But apparently, that wasn’t enough.

The troubled actress, who is currently facing probation revocation and assault charges for allegedly punching a woman in a New York club, was hit with another devastating blow to her possibly already low morale over the weekend… in the form of the IRS taking control of all her bank accounts in order to finally settle her enormous debt, which is said to be roughly around $233,904.

TMZ reports:

“[Lindsay‘s] in full-on panic mode about her financial situation, and is desperately trying to make some cash to get out of the red.”

LADY GAGA recently praised LINDSAY LOHAN and said that she did a “beautiful job” as ELIZABETH TAYLOR in the new TV biopic, “Liz & Dick.”

Lindsay Lohan got a few spectacularly bad reviews about her portrayal of the screen legend Elizabeth Taylor in the newly-premiered Lifetime biopic, “Liz & Dick,” despite the 26-year-old actress’ claims that she was made ready for it.

But now, one of the actress’ BFFs, Lady Gaga, is slamming her critics by revealing what she thought of her performance.

The famed pop star wrote on her Twitter on Monday:

“@lindsaylohan you did a beautiful job on ‘Liz & Dick.'”

Gaga, who has her own fare share of ruthless critics, continued:

“Let no one bring u down, Liz didnt, they always try to knock the greats down a few pegs.”

Lindsay soon responded:

“@ladygaga thank you so much! You are such an incredible force and that means the world to me 🙂 love & hugs xo hope to see you soon bella.”

LINDSAY LOHAN To Have Probation Revoked For Lying To Cops

LINDSAY LOHAN will have her probation revoked for lying to cops about her car crash in June, this according to recent Hollywood news.

It’s deja vu all over again.

Lindsay Lohan may not be staying a free woman for long because her soon-to-be-filed criminal charge for bravely lying to cops about her car accident last June will unfortunately revoke the actress’ probation from her jewelry theft case.

As you may remember, she claimed she wasn’t driving when her Porsche slammed into an 18-wheeler truck on the Pacific Coast Highway last June despite witnesses’ claims to the contrary.

As for how the criminal case will affect the struggling actress, TMZ reported:

“Sources connected with the case tell TMZ … when the Santa Monica City Attorney files the criminal case against Lindsay, it will go to L.A. County Superior Court Judge Jane Godfrey for arraignment. At the time Lindsay is arraigned, we’re told Judge Godfrey will revoke Lindsay‘s probation and set the matter for a full hearing, on grounds she violated her probation in the jewelry case by breaking the law.”

Lindsay will reportedly see a new face in court and not her previous jewelry theft judge, Stephanie Sautner.

Lindsay Lohan Assault SHOCKER! Charges Against Suspect DROPPED!

So much for the fullest extent of the law!

Although Lindsay Lohan was hoping to see Christian LaBella, the man who allegedly assaulted her during an altercation in her hotel room early this morning, brought to justice for his crimes against the starlet, he is apparently now a free man!

That’s right, after being arrested and charged with two misdemeanor counts of assault and two counts of harassment, sources with the NYPD have confirmed that everything against him has been dropped!

Very inneresting, indeed!

Especially given the severity of what was being said that he did to her!

Guess there’s more to this story than what’s being told so far…

LINDSAY LOHAN Rushed To Emergency Room For Lung Infection

LINDSAY LOHAN was recently rushed to the emergency room for lung infection, according to recent Hollywood news.

We can guess why, right?

Unfortunately for Lindsay Lohan, it looks like all her chain smoking is taking a major toll on her body.

A report by TMZ revealed that the actress, who once quit smoking but relapsed soon afterwards and was also reportedly puffing on at least two packs of cancer sticks a day during her filming for “Liz & Dick,” was hospitalized in New York on Sunday night after suffering from a “bad” lung infection.

According to her friends, she’s been complaining for having a bad case of “walking pneumonia” for weeks now. The report added:

“We’re told Lindsay was taken to Mt. Sinai, where she received medication for the infection — including antibiotics — and was discharged shortly after.”

Fortunately, the actress didn’t need to be admitted and is currently just resting in her hotel room.

LINDSAY LOHAN Plans On Suing Alleged Hit And Run Victim For Defamation

LINDSAY LOHAN is planning on suing her alleged hit and run victim for defamation, according to the latest Hollywood news.

Sure, Lindsay Lohan does not exactly have a good driving record and she has been caught driving under the influence of alcohol in the past, but she insists that she didn’t have any alcohol when she was arrested after allegedly striking a guy while driving her Porsche in New York last week.

In a report by TMZ, the accuser identified as Jose Rodriguez claimed the actress was slurring and “smelled like alcohol real bad” when the incident happened despite witnesses’ and cops’ report that she didn’t have alcohol that night.

Because LiLo reportedly thinks she was set up and that the allegations could negatively affect her career, she’s now planning on suing Rodriguez for his defamatory statements.

Also according to the site, Lohan said:

“I’m tired of people lying just to score a quick paycheck.”

LADY GAGA Jokingly Accuses LINDSAY LOHAN Of Stealing: “Are Those My Earrings?”

LADY GAGA jokingly accused LINDSAY LOHAN of stealing-just a few days after the actress was named a suspect in an alleged burglary in a Hollywood Hills home-by asking her: “Are those my earrings?”

Err… Awkward.

Just days after Lindsay was “framed” in an alleged jewelry heist at one of her good friends’ home in Hollywood Hills and after the swanky Chateau Marmont banned her from their premises for dodging hotel bills of almost $50,000, Lady Gaga took a shot at her sleepover buddy on Twitter… by suggesting that she also stole her earrings.

It was all in good fun, of course.

After Lindsay uploaded a photo of herself while at dinner and wearing a fancy pair of earrings, Mother Monster sent the actress a tweet (which she later deleted), saying:

“@lindsaylohan ummmm are those my earrings??? this is awkward…:) kiss kiss chateau bunny.”
